Health Benefits of Apple cider vinegar

Sinus problems, headaches and colds, can be healed by the inhaling of apple cider vinegar. Put two to three tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a large bowl of boiling water. Cover your head above the bowl and breathe vapor. You can also use cider vinegar for a relaxation bath. Put a large glass of apple cider vinegar in the bath water.

Finally, here's the recipe for the famous vinegar. Legend has it that in France in 1726, four robbers steal the possessions of a person who succumbed to the dreaded contagious disease. When they were finally apprehended, the judge offered them a sentence less severe in exchange for the secrecy that had been immune to the contagion of this terrible disease. They told that apple cider vinegar protected them and they drank daily.

* 20 g of rosemary
* 20 grams of lavender
* 20 g sage
* 30 g ground cinnamon
* 20 g of thyme
* 20 g mint
* 30 g cloves
* 30 g garlic
* 5 grams of camphor
* 20 grams of citric acid
